Today, we often present us into a realm of debate and reflection in which, with increasing regularity, we use expressions that, in what is coming to be called a society of knowledge and information, have been consolidated as parameters to take into account in all areas involved in the education of the individual. Alerted by the need to clarify how to develop the education of our future professionals, talent, creativity and innovation are now transformed into the?key to success. It is obvious that the changes occurred in the second half of the twentieth century in European society since the EC policy has been developed - with the respective extensions of its scope- and, in general, the global transformations that generated the use of new technologies, has transformed our context, situating us almost in the center of a mosaic of possibilities, a context such uncertainties that, while it benefits us as individuals, it also makes us dizzying.
